Welcome to Windrivers bry789

Code 10 usually means out of resources... something is interfering with the sound.. it could also mean that you just confused it by downloading and installing all kinds of drivers.

this is the specs page for your pc (http://www.fujitsu-siemens.co.uk/rl/servicesupport/techsupport/professionalpc/ESPRIMO/E/EsprimoE5700.htm)

I can't link you directly with the driver you need, because they have a fancy website however, the easy way is click here (http://www.fujitsu-siemens.co.uk/support/downloads.html) then either choose your model using the selector or put the serial/ident number in the box and it show you the right page.

You need to then select XP by clicking on the + next to xp then clicking on the circle that appears just below it. (Talking about make work!)

Now click on the + next to audio and then click the download button which will show you the inset titlted "Device Driver - ALC260 High Definition Audio(On Board on D2334-A1x) - ESPRIMO E5700"

Now you have to click the box to accept the terms and conditions and then click the download software button that appears... in the meanwhile another page will launch to show the terms and conditions and you may need to change the page (hitting back won't work, this is a separate page or tab).

Finally you get the save file ....
