MegaImage32 driver

I am trying to locate a driver for an old sound card labeled: MegaImage32.

It has an FCC# LN5ADM-CM89405 tag. The FCC search shows LN5ADM-CMB9405 (the differece is the 8 vs B).

Any thoughts appreciated!
