Hey thanks for the update zonie. Hopefully the solution to the encryption won't be hard to come by if this spreads as well as its earlier versions.

FireEye.com has a free tool available to decrypt files for victims of this pest. You can read about it here (http://blog.fireeye.com/research/2009/03/a-new-method-to-monetize-scareware.html), and the page contains links to the tool.
