Remove cyberdefender, help please

i cannot uninstall Cyberdefender. I did search for uninstalling tools without results. Can anyone help?

Martin, when you try to uninstall Cyberdefender, are you getting an error message, or just what happens? Cyberdefender is pretty half-assed software and their support is about non-existent, but there are a couple of places to start if Add/Remove Programs just isn't working.

First thing I'd look at is the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. You can read all about it and download it from this page (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301). The tool won't work unless Cyberdefender uses the Windows Installer to install, rather than Install Shield or some other installer. If you install the Cleanup Utility, and CyberDefender doesn't appear in the list of programs it can remove, you may have to go for more of a manual (brute force) approach. So, try the cleanup tool, and if that doesn't work, report any error messages you get in add/remove programs. It's also possible that re-installing the software and them uninstalling it might work.

Try to use Revo uninstaller for uninstall any installed program. it is easily available on net free. Revo can uninstall program from registry also.
