I bought a non working hp tx1000 touch screen (needs a new Mobo $200.00)
I want to fully upgrade everything in this laptop (mobo,cpu,ram,hdd,etc) but i'm not sure what it can and can not take

I believe its HP Pavilion tx1000 CTO Notebook PC. The hp website is never is never correct you can go beyond what they say you can use.

It tells you what the tablet was originally fitted with and the options. For example, the hdd was 160 or 80 gb SATA (you have to look up the part numbers to get the exact spec of the drive).

I can't find any info on Nvidia C51M MOBO I need to know the max processor it can handle. same with max ram and also a bluray internal player if possible. Its like all the info was just wipe clean

Find the part number for the main board... look it up in the partsurfer, look at the list of notebooks it was used in, find which is the highest spec cpu in that notebook.

Notebooks are not generally made to be upgraded like this and the manufacturers will not support such upgrades. Therefore there is little point in someone writing up all the possibilities.

If you want blueray, can the graphics card handle the playback? If it can't getting a blueray player would be pointless.
