[RESOLVED] NO drivers for OPTI 931/933 FOR WIN XP

I cant use the drivers for NT in XP because they dont work correctly, they cant find the sound card, But windows finds it every time I restart the PC. I have tried everything but There are NO WORKING DRIVERS FOR OPTI 82C931/82C933 IN WINXP.

if i am not mistaken opti does not make sound card anymore so i don`t think you will find any drivers for winxp,best get yourself a cheap but good sb 16 pci you can find them for about $20.00 canadian and they work with xp,

Old news with regards to Opti cards. There weren't any drivers available for Win2k when it came out. Pretty much a dead chipset. Your best bet is to replace the card with something inexpensive. Yamaha Chipset souncards are supported in XP if you want to stay away from Creative Labs.
