Mwave DSP won't run in Win98

[help!]

Hi folk's
I have up-graded to Win98 from Win95 and now the driver for my IBM Mwave dsp soundcard/modem (33.6) won't load. Does anyone know if there is a Win98 fix for this problem, as I have not had much sucsess finding a solution on IBM's web site.
