I need a win2000 driver for Philips PCA721AF soundcard

I've recently update my PC OS from win98 to
win2000 and I couldn't find anywhere drivers for my soundcard-PCA721AF.I tried on Philips web site but I found just win95 and winnt4.0 drivers.
Please help me find at least some generic drivers that my soundcard can use.The card uses two chips: Opti Audio 16 and Analog Devices AD 1845 KP
