I have a HP 8180 running Windows 98 with an Analog Devices Ad1816 sound card. In the Device manager and in the multimedia sound device lists there is an "intel virtual sound device." The device manager reports a problem with the driver for this virtual device. What is the function of this "device" and where are drivers for it? I am unable to get any sound from my computer.
