[RESOLVED] crystal chipset and a cyrix cpu

I recently purchased a crystal chipset sound card using Cx4235 driver. The box said hardware requirements were a pentium 133. I have a cyrix 150 pentium killer. However, I noted on the box in a logo that an mmx chip was required.
There is no sound, but the software to modify the volume works. I'm assuming I need an mmx or higher cpu.

The Cyrix 6x86's did not have MMX, but the 6x86MX's did. If the box said that MMX is a requirement, then that must be the problem.

But, if I remember correctly, the 4235 is a chip used on ISA sound cards and should be pretty much compatible with any system. The MMX requirement may just be for some software that came bundled with your sound card.

I have a PCI sound card using the CX4235 chipset, and I'm looking *every* where for drivers...Can any one help? It's not listed on the Crystal or Cirrus site, although the CS4235 is; which is an ISA card. I'm guessing that the CX series is a PCI implementation of the above. Can any one help?
