I get the same thing on my system actually sometimes.....on an SB PCI128. I think it's related to the fact that it's pretty much a software based sound solution with very little hardware processing. I'm looking into those new Turtle Beach Santa-Cruz cards now. http://forums.windrivers.com/cgi-bin/forum/smile.gif

Disable DMA option from your DVD drive.
If this wouldn't help, try a different DVD Player software.
