SB PCI 64V

I am having problems installing the sound card mentioned. The problem is that if I use the drivers that came with the card the computer freezes. However if I use the Legacy driver the system says that the soundcard is working however when going into the Multimedia icon windows is not finding the card. The IRQ address that it is using is 11. I have tried also removing the modem to see if that was the problem, no good. The modem is using IRQ 10. Please Help!!!!!!!!!

Also, which Windoze version are you running? If it's Win2000, some devices just simply aren't compatible.
