That's from C-Media go here and you can get it.
http://www.cmedia.com.tw/e_dload1.htm

Be aware that this is the oem site and you may need to get the driver from the manufacturer of your mobo or card.

I tried that driver. It didn't work.I had it once-found it at www.drivers.com.But (http://www.drivers.com.But) it is no longer there. It took about 2 hours to download (my puter is slow lol)but that one worked fine with no problem.Any other suggestions?

If you can identify your mobo that would help. is it Award, Ami or Phoenix bios? is there a bios string on the bottom of the boot screen?
you can try the pcchips cmedia driver that is here: http://www.pcchips.com.tw/driver.html
or download ctbios.exe from windrivers and see if it can id your mobo. if you have access to the inside of the computer, some mobos have the name printed on them.
