Sound Card Trouble

I think I posted a message concerning my sound card already but this time ill post in details.

OS-Windows 98
SoundCard-Creative Ensoniq 32 Pci

Problem:

I wanted to add my new sound card and eventhugh i installed it a million times it still doesnt work, there is no interrupts or anyhing like that in the system conflicting with the sound card. Can someone tell me how they installed their creative ensoniq 32pci or any other sound card???

Try this:
Go to Device manager, System devices, PCI bus, properties, IRQ steering. Disable it.
Restart. No more troubles
