help.. i cant find my driver....
ESS solo-1 PCI audiodrive
I don't know the number.
If anyone can help me with this I would be so grateful!!

Rebecca, if the sound card is on-board, you can find the driver on your motherboard's CD.
What's the model of your motherboard? Is it on-board, or is it a separate card on a PCI slot?

I believe Solo-1 is Es1938 or 1946 - drivers here:

But follow AlienDyne's good advice, check the number on the video chip first, and if possible use drivers from the board manufacturer, especially if the chip is integrated on the motherboard.

The drivers for this chipset is available on the Acer website. GO to the drivers section of the AcerPower SE model. You will find it there if you haven't found it already. IF you don't find it,I can mail it to you.
