sb pci64 ct1370 chipset

Hi All,
I'm looking for anyone that might have an install disk for the pci64 soundblaster card. I've used the update file but there seems to be something missing along with the wavetable sets which I have no probs with. I've found an install disk but it's for the Ensoniq ES1371 chipset and doesn't work with mine. Can anyone help me out with this?
