I need to find where to get an updated driver that is certified with Microsoft and IBM DSP Direct Sound 3.o (Dolphin). Have downloaded everything I could from IBM support and Microsoft. I need help????

I'm assuming the device (which you did not describe) includes an IBM MWAVE chip. Have you checked with the manufacturer of the sound card? How about IBM? You may have to contact them directly...check the WinDrivers site for links...
