Media Vision "memphis"...I have it, but what is it?

I have a media vision memphis external cd rom. looks like a play station or somthing. i have a card that plugs into the back of my p/c. i have the cables. works fine as a small cd player. but, dont know how to hook it up to my computer, and dont have any disk and such. anybody know what this is?
