Quick question just in case anyone else has had the same problem. First, system specs so we are all on the same page:

Asus K7M Motherboard
AMD Athlon 650
128MB PC100 6ns
Maxtor 20GB 7200rpm
Leadtek GeForce 32MB DDR
SB Live! Value
3Com 905b 10/100
Pioneer 10X Slot DVD
HP 9510i 12x8x32 CDRW

I have the latest drivers from nVidia (Detonator), AMD (AGP miniport), and Asus (BIOS) and I have the worst problem with Half-Life.

Whenever I join a Counter Strike server, or even attempt to join a server, and exit back out to the Play CS screen, the entire interface on that particular screen has two screens overlaid on-top of each other. The only portion of the screen that is correct is the top left corner that amounts to about 15% of the screen. The rest is the PREVIOUS screen that hasn't been cleared out yet.

I have to end task my way outta Half-Life if the server admin has set aside spots or if there are no more spots available.

Does anyone have an answer to this problem?

And, it has happened since DAY 1 when I purchased the base components. It has no problems in any other games.

Any responses would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
