need gateway profile 500cx driver!

i have my uncles pc here i just re installed win 98 (i know)

but i dont have his recovery cd and niether does he

its a profile 500cx gateway the flat panel is 17inch but the desktop is only about 5 by 5 on the flat panel and cant get any bigger, there are no buttons to make it bigger and i cant change it in control panels, only shows 16 and 2 color's on the list box

i need the video driver for this pc or if anyone knows where i can get a recovery cd that would be great!

i called gateway and they suck and so does my gateway country store for trying to charge be over 100 bucks for a driver HELP!

Go to <a href="http://www.gateway.com" target="_blank">www.gateway.com</a> and click on drivers and downloads. Enter your serial number then hope you know the manufacturer of your video card. I tried searching for you, but without your serial number....it's hopeless. There were 8 listings for video manufacturers listed for that one model and OS. Gateway is at the bottom when it comes to tech support.
