[RESOLVED] Voodoo 2 drivers disappear after reboot

I have a Voodoo 2 card I am trying to install. I get it installed and working but everytime I reboot my display drivers go back to the old unidrivers and I have to install all over again to use my Voodoo 2.
Any suggestion would be appreciated for I am completely stumped.
