[RESOLVED] matrox g400 max

System spec: athlon 700
gigabyte motherboard 7IX
16 speed cd drive
yamaha 8/4/24 scsi internal rw cd drive
384Mb ram
20gig ibm 7200 hdd
microsoft optical mouse (usb)
belinea 106030 19" monitor
matrox g400 dual head max

The problem below rears its ugly head when the matrox software is loaded
This happens even with only the G400 installed (and windows 98 of cause)
can anybody help?
