OK, heres the deal: Ive bought an Geforce 1 through a friend which in turn bought from a guy he knows which owns his own computer company..
The problem is I wanted a DDR card, and according the the user manual this probably is a SDR card.. Problem is that this is some kind of OEM card, so I dont even know if this is the proper manual!
Anyway the question is: is there any good way of making sure what type of card I am having?

FYI: It seem to have 5.5 ns memory (I think - It ended with a 5.5 number If I remember correctly) and this seem odd for DDR doesnt it?
I dont remember the brand of the memory, probably xxxtech or something... Can always open the computer later and check it out. Am too lazy for now..

Also, when I enabled coolbits and got the overclock util, it detects 160Mhz Memory speed.. Isnt 150Mhz DDR and 166Mhz SDR?

Does this give you any clues? I would love to settle this and make sure I get my moneys worth! This seem a nice and informative forum!

If you are using the Nvidia driver's, which it sounds like, your card should be listed as NVIDIA GeForce DDR. Go to display properties and check for a GeForce DDR tab.
Thats what I have. If not I don't know what it would say. I'm using the latest drivers.

So you don't know who manufactures the card?
I don't know of any physical way to check for DDR. Write back and tell me what your card is listed as in Display Properties.

Ok, thats a hint!
Im running the 5.30 drivers.
My tab says 'Geforce 256' instead.. So perhaps I am screwed...
BIOS ver is 2.10.02.12 but this might be unimportant..

Thanks for the help!
