[RESOLVED] TV Card Problems

When I try to use my Voodoo 3500 TV card for watching TV, it says I need to install WebTV for Windows. However, when I try to install WebTV, it says a file is missing from my Win98 CD, "bpc.cdf" It wont let me install without this file, does anyone know where I could find this file (its not in the CAB file its supposed to be in on the CD) or download it? Thanks.

I've got the same problem on an Athlon based PC. I installed the card on an Intel Based PC and got another problem: "The overlay surface is not ready because in use by another application. Try to change resolution and refresh freq. Restart the Program.".
Does anyone has an answer?

i wonder if the computer monitor refresh rates are too high for the ntsc signal inputs of television, and that there may be some utility to match them up?
