Need some oppinions ..........
I was brought into the company I now work for as a Temp. Computer Service Technician. After my temp time was up i was offered a permanent position. At that time I was told they could not give me a raise for 90 days due to the contract with the Temp Agency but that they wanted me to be their Asst. Network Admin. As the 90 day limit came to a close I was told to get a raise I would need to get my MCP within the next 6 months. I was able to get the needed cert. At the 6 month review I was told that i would not be getting the promised raise and in fact noone in the company has gotten a raise in 2 years and since they already had my MCP # there was nothing I could do about it. As soon as i left for the day I contacted Microsoft and was informed that I could have my certification disasociated from my company. Would doing so be a justified action?
