phpMychat help!

Hi,

I jus put up a site and added a phpMychat;
everything works fine but some times I need
to control(kick out is the best way to say it)some
users because they misbehave and you know the chat
room becomes annoying, anyway, I'm new to php and I do
not know how to log in as administrator and delegate a
moderator, I know how to delegate a moderator, but not
how to Log in as administrator, which is the most
important.

Once I'm able to log in as administrator, I'll be able
to delegate a moderator, who in turn will be able to
kick out whoever is misheaving. am I right?
