sis 190 MAC driver for WinXP 64 bit Edition

Hi,

I am running Windows XP 64 bit SP1 OS on the following configuration

Asus KS8-MX MotherBoard
AMD 64, 3000+ processor.

I am using the on-board LAN card and Sound card.

Here are the specifications of the same.

LAN: SIS 190 MAC & Realtek RTL8201CL 10/100 LAN PHY

The windows shows an exclamation mark for this hardware. A little investigation and I found that I didnt had the drivers for the LAN card.

I checked with ASUS and SIS but couldn't find the drivers for WinXP 64 bit edition.

Any idea where I should look for them.
