Provoke taken instead of Taunt, as recomended by Klarg, Dull Pain taken much later on (could be replaced by Super Speed, as I rarely use it), Resist Elements dropped, Tough Hide taken.
Only 3 attacks favoured when slotting, but with 6 slots. Hasten and Stamina 6-slotted earlier on also.
With the passive invulnerability powers 4-slotted, adding Temp Invul, Invincibility or Unstoppable gets really close to maxing out defenses.
