I'm looking for Windows 95 drivers for an S3 Aurora 64V+ (M65). I have identified the chipset by using an identification program supplied by S3 inc.

I've never heard of an S3 Aurora chip, but there is an S3 Trio64V+. Try the Trio64 driver and see what happens. You can get it here:
