[RESOLVED] Is it possible to finalize a CD-RW?

I'm sure I've been able to do this before but I can't get my CD-RW software to do it again, unless I've mistook myself.

Software = Nero Burning Rom

There is an option to finalize the CD on one of Neros tabs,not sure which one but it's there.
