Need help with my modem and drivers

Hi guys. I have GQ A535 laptop. I never got any CD with the laptop. and there is no way I can get any help from anybody where I bought my laptop or the manufacturer.
I have a problem I reinstalled WIN XP pro and I lost the drivers for Ethernet controller
IEEE 802.11 b PRISM3 USB and Multimedia Audio controller.

I cant find nothing so I can make my Laptop conect on internet. (CAble internet).

Anybody have any ideas I am all messed up.

By the way I opened laptop and found the model of the modem and found the driver for the modem but the problem is I cant conect with cable.

Sorry if I wrote everything unclear.

By the way the model of the modem is AM 303 W
