[RESOLVED] Internet Help with Windows NT 5

Ok first of all I installed windows 2000 yesterday and It was great until this morning. It seems difficult to get a good connection to the internet sometimes because it says Port is not connected at the end of the connection process.



I have no clue what it is, but now all of a sudden when I start ICQ it says Loading then boom shuts down. Im confused about this too, ive tried reinstalling the program but that didnt do anything. Should I try an older version of ICQ or what should I do?
