I am about to buy a new DVD Writer, I am told the Pioneer A05 is the best choice at the moment, but I believe Sony have just released a new model, I am looking for best spec, not best value, any advice would be appreciated. thanks in advance

I just put together a box with your unit, and it is nice... But between the two, I would choose the Sony that does both plus and minus recording....
