has anyone ever heard of or is bicsi certified. i've had this one guy contact the company i work for at least three times now looking for a job. and says he is bicsi certified and acts like it is such a big deal i've personally have never heard of it. thanks

Has more to do with telecom than the OS support we usually do. Look for a bicsi guy to calculate link costs and program your PBX.
