AMD Display Driver problem

My Laptop is a Windows 8.1 What would make the AMD Display Driver stop working and then recover itself?
It keeps doing this and is annoying

Bad driver is the likely cause.
You need to go and try to update it from the
AMD site.

Right there is AutoDetect. Try that
