What are they planning on running through the server hardware wise?
Why dont they buy a prebuilt server with MS server installed?

it can even easily emulate an NT domain if you want. internal email server, web server, samba file server, print server, DHCP, gateway /firewall. all in a package that takes about 10 minutes to install and setup. very very very cool. with some added contribs (custom rpm packages) you can do cool stuff. this distro with some contribs added is going to be my disaster server at all my remote locations. the it will share half the DHCP superscope with the windows 2000 server and the 2000 server will replicate the shares to the sme server, when or if the 2000 server goes down, a simple batch file or program can remap all printers and shares to the linux machine.
