Well, I googled your request, and there are quite a few under 130. And there are more over 130. You get what you pay for.
What power rating do you need? The Seasonic recommended by killerx525 on BC seems good if you'd like quiet and 400W is enough. Seasonic have a reputation for reliability.
My fault I forgot to mention it must be between 750w-850w
Limiting your choices to MODULAR power supplies under $130 pretty much leaves you with second string choices. If you forgo the MODULAR requirement, you've got more (and better) units in your price range.
