Win32 error code returned by print processor

Hello All - Happy Thanksgiving...

A friend is having problems trying to print. Here's what is in the error logs...

"The document <document name> owned by <owner> failed to print. Win32 error code returned by print processor:63 (0x3f).

another ends in ... :3003 (0xbbb) or ... :13 (0xd)

She's deleted all printers (a HP Laserjet 6L & HP Deskjet 930c) and reinstalled and the same codes keep coming back...

If it matters the machine is a Dell Inspiron 1150 laptop running XP Home edition w/SP1...
