Double Sometimes triple Posting!

Sometime's not often but when I push the sumit reply button , the next page that comes up is THIS PAGE NOLONGER AVALIBLE, please check belowe, then it gives me a list of the main menu. At this time I'm thinking that my reply or post hasen't been posted, so I back up and hit the submit button again and it generaly takes me to the page to return me to the posted site! But there are 2 postings of the same message! Thought that you might like to know!
