Best backup software?

What is the best backup software that can make a full backup and then update the full backup with incremental backups? (not like the MS Backup that keeps each backup seperated so it's impossible to restore)

I currently use Echo to backup and it does what I want, but I think there should be even better programs.

Depending on where you back up to, you can also wright a small batch file yourself and manipulate the back-up action the way you want it...
