Hello, you could try this link http://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-22find-com-hijack/ to see if that helps you.
Keep in mind that this is not my instructions but me guiding you to an answer. if these instructions cause you more issues it was by your own decision to follow these steps.
I noticed the instructions tell you to use a 'registry cleaner" i always am against people using these tools if they are not aware of what can happen or how the registry works to begin with. Also if you are not sure of how to follow the steps DO NOT DO THE PROCESS AT ALL and contact a technician to do this for you. If you need more guidance let me know and I can try to help you out later on this evening.
Very good advice

knowledge is power
I have had luck using Tune-Up Utilities as a way to clean my registry. I don't know what's what in that particular area and it has definately cleaned up some maleware issues for me in the past (running in safe-mode with networking).
Just a thought.
Frosty
From what I'm reading it's an intrusive program this tuneup-utilities, from what I can tell as intrusive as an antivirus and just as painful to remove when compared to an AV that broke on uninstall. I see it gets great reviews for what it can do but at the same time a product that makes you suffer to remove it is almost as bad as one that doesn't work at all in my books.
that may be true, I haven't had any problems removing it though.
Frosty
Perhaps it's just an unlucky group. But I have not tested it myself, I don't have the time for testing software lately or i'd confirm or deny what info I did find.
I understand...there's way too much out there too sift through...but hey, that's what online communities are for!
Frosty...at a bar...drinking...and posting...having an epiphany I will not remember.
Either way registry cleaners are a risky business and unless specifically told to use them,
then my advice would be stay completely away from them. Too many
systems I have seen destroyed by them. I would stick to the mainstream helpers like
malwarebytes
combofix
spybot
in safemode
wow, thank you all for your help, really thanks!!
I wasn't able to respond for a couple of days (connection problems), sry for that
I read so much about this thing

Those were the pages that were most helpful, thanks for providing them!
I did not touch a thing in the registry (i did not want more problems) and all seems fine now (well i hope it really is :D)
I also downloaded malwarebytes and scanned my computer, but it did not find anything (i guess that's good)
Thank you all once again, for the help and for the patience.
