i have this samsung yp-u2j and the thing is that it is not working on my computer i tried doawloading the firmware and pressing play while it is searching and yes it will get detected and it says the name and everything but when i release the play button than it would say that it is not recognized again i mean wazup with that can some help me?
looks like you are not alone Post 11 of 36 has worked for some.
ya i downloaed the firm ware i did everything i was told to in the thing that u gave me but it still didnt work because once i let of the play buton it would get all messed up and stuff so i dont know wats wrong now my computer or my mp3 player lol
If it's new, and it doesn't work, return it.
