anybody identifies this bord please;top left corner,MB694A ver.1,0B bottom left corner;694X-686A-MB694AC-00,i am trying to find a bios upgrade so i can get this machine to be more stable,it is all a deal i got on this this fooking board is so unstable i can`t even make to windows upgrade without getting the blus screen,

It sounds like a VIA based board, but are the strings you quote, ones displayed on the actual POST screen or on the actual board itself?

what i get in using hwin32 utility is 694x-686A which still don`t tell me were i can find a bios upgrade,the bios is AWARD BIOSver.6,00pg,it is also a 370 connector with a 700 celeron,256 megs of rams and a tnt2m64/m64pro video card,thanks for any help, clauded

thanks you very much i found a new bios for it,hope it will cure that piece of **** i got,it always amazes me to see the fast and good help we get on the board,wish the rest of the world could be as nice as you guys,
