Bios flash ... can result in a very 'dead' board
BIOS FLASHING is DANGEROUS & can result in DAMAGE to the motherboard if applied incorrectly ! ....
By the looks blink, you've never flashed a motherboards bios before, so I've included the above warning ....
You should be able to find the bios you want From this MSI search ... if you need it ...
The download includes instructions on how to 'flash' ... READ them CAREFULLY ! ...
That said we haven't necessarily sorted out the issue even with our proposed bios flash ... You said earlier :-

but the irq is 18 or 19?
W2k can allocate IRQs up to 255 (theorectically , though how the hell you actually get that many is beyond me !) ... there are 16 'real' IRQs 0-15 available in bios & W2k can have virtual ones for 'shares' beyond that ... however anything like a sound card doesn't want one of these, too much cpu to device 'traffic' which can cause problems (just like you have now) ... The issue is what pci devices are in what slots ...
IRQ allocation is fairly simple, first come first served ! As you add devices each is allocated an irq by bios, when you've used all the spare ones (Generally 5 - this is what the audigy wants - 10 & 11 in a system with ACPI on) ... the 'tried & tested' method for getting IRQs 'right' is to pull every pci card you have, start with only vga & sound present, reboot then add back all the other devices, this ensures the maximum spare IRQs with no sharing for 'tricky' devices (those that don't really want to share) ...
Why creative have never produced a utility to make sure their cards don't share IRQs is beyond me ... they never seem 'happy' on anything but IRQ 5 on their own ;)
