depending on how your exchange server is setup you may have to allow that user to send on behalf of that person.. that is done on the exchange server... I don't remember exactly what tab it is......

I had this problem once.. too.. had a pentium 233 with MMX the mobo was not designed for MMX so the power had to be recycled like that... ALWAYS... Until I turned into a punching bag.
