MY VIPER 2 WORKS!

Man it's a old reveal card from a 486...I just never saw the need to upgrade. Just won't play any sounds in win2k. Has the ! by one thing :|
Any suggestions for a driver is greatly appreciated.

First off you need 2 partitions.
Install win98 FIRST on drive c:
and NT on drive D:

Ati has great support with dvd's on the card.
Try using their dvd player.
I have a CL 5x and tried power dvd and the sound never worked. I'm now always using windvd.

ok just get Pc100 ram and that should work.
The 600 runs on the same speed as the 650/700 so I don't know what awt586 is talking about.

Adaptec will do nothing if windows doesn't know the cdr is there. Do a hardware search from control panel.
