By the way i contacted MAXTOR in my country and they said they will try to restore the data before replacing the HD or the faulty part in the hard drive.

i tried the cable changing , power supply changing i think the only thing missing is HD changing. :-)
i tried even another a third computer and the same apply.
i contacted MAXTOR technical support...
