It is onboard video by the way. I have tried clearing the bios, changing all the video settings in windows...nothing.

Mainboard is VIA PLE133 u-ATX 601bm. Northbridge is VIA PLE133 (VT8601a). Southbridge is VT82c686b.

I have heard mixed results wether it is good to use an onboard video card and a pci video card for a dual monitor system??? Will it work with the onboard video and if so is it any harder to setup...
