It had been checked on SiS site with "Identify Your Product" online utility and did not apear to be a SiS. Somehow I found finally the motherboard manufacturer's site with "SiS 620"...

This is actually the full name of the chipset and I'm looking for the video driver that is SIS 950 (SIS 950 M8T19CXS - that's the full name). All I could find on internet is the same driver...

One thing more:
if you want to add ISDN, just keep working modem inside - in that case on the Control panel under Modem Properties appears only actual modem.
Modem (your modem on COM 1-4)...

Usially ISDN use two Com ports:
ISDN ComPort1 (COM5)
ISDN ComPort2 (COM6)
Both of them are not compatible with DOS applications. Like soft modem.
