because its looking for drive Y:

try saying c:\pbtools\backup\fmtid.dat

is it seeing the h/drive? or not , if it can then you can load 95 , has it a cd-rom and a floppy or not?

can it boot from the cd-rom?

if so chuck a win 98 cd in , and after its booted with...
